Cobblestone Auto Spa Partners with Phoenix Children's in Fight Against Pediatric Cancer

PHOENIX, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cobblestone Auto Spa (Cobblestone), Arizona's premier car care destination is proud to announce the continuation of its annual charitable initiative with Phoenix Children's in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month this September. 

Suds With Substance

Throughout the month of September, Cobblestone is collecting open donations at each of their Arizona locations to directly support Phoenix Children's and their research for childhood cancer. Find the nearest participating Cobblestone location at: cobblestone.com/locations.

In the United States, around 15,000 children and adolescents are diagnosed with cancer every year. Through this campaign, Cobblestone and Phoenix Children's aim to improve treatment options, support the development of new therapies, enhance survivorship care, and minimize disparities in pediatric cancer outcomes.

Water for More Than a Wash

This initiative comes following Cobblestone's annual water bottle drive for Code Red Phoenix Rescue Mission, helping ensure those without homes have clean water to drink during the hot Arizona summer. Five of Cobblestone's full service locations acted as water collection locations, accepting donations to directly support the cause. In addition to the water bottle drive, $1 from every Platinum Express Wash purchased at participating Phoenix locations on August 8 was donated directly to Phoenix Rescue Mission.

August is one of the hottest months of the year in Arizona, with the average temperature well over 100 degrees. This initiative recognizes the increase in heat-related illnesses in unhoused people as temperatures rise each year, and aims to provide unhoused people with life-saving water and resources.

"Our neighbors' safety during intense weather is something that weighs on our mind, and we're happy to be supporting our community during these hot months," said Triska. "We're hopeful that our efforts year over year are aiding with heat-related illnesses for unhoused people in our community and will continue to support this cause as long as the need is there."
