SPRING CITY, Pa., May 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Entrepreneur and industry leader Colby Davis has officially launched Indy Capital, a public markets investment and real estate holdings company with a Home Service arm called "Indy Brands" focused on acquiring, scaling, and selling home service businesses across the United States.

Through its operational arm, Indy Brands, the company will strategically build, acquire, consolidate and sell top-performing home service companies under a unified structure, driving growth and innovation in the sector. The first brands under the Indy Brands umbrella include:

• Light Your Night – A professional outdoor lighting and holiday lighting service. 
• Honest Roofing – The newest addition, offering high-quality and trustworthy roofing solutions

To date, Indy Capital has successfully completed three acquisitions in the painting and power washing industries, with more strategic moves and acquisitions planned in the near future for painting, roofing, outdoor living, holiday lights, and power washing companies.

Indy Capital's expansion will be fueled by Marketing Now, its in-house marketing agency led by CMO Brandon Roman Cruz, ensuring that each portfolio brand achieves maximum market penetration and brand recognition. With Brandon's 15 years of experience and relationships in the digital and media world working for large companies like Iheart radio, he is the right person to lead this initiative.
