Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury Launches Iconic Global Luxury Program With Certified Luxury Property Specialist Team

MEMPHIS, Tenn., July 3, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury, a full service real estate company serving the greater Memphis and Northern Mississippi markets, is introducing a unique luxury team who have earned the Coldwell Banker Global LuxurySM Property Specialist designation. To date, only 10 percent of the more than 92,000 sales associates affiliated with the Coldwell Banker® brand have been awarded this designation.

"In addition to meeting performance-based criteria on the sale of luxury properties, the luxury team agents had to complete a prescribed certification course to earn the Luxury Property Specialist designation," said Sean Blankenship, President of Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury. "The course covers topics such as how to develop a detailed market analysis for sellers of luxury homes and how to make use of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury resources to implement specialized marketing plans that will expose the team's fine properties to affluent buyers on a world-wide basis." According to Blankenship, "the objective of the program is to produce exceptional real estate professionals who represent exceptional properties in the Memphis market."

In order to be eligible for the course, participating agents must meet strict production guidelines — "some of the most rigorous standards in the industry today," said Blankenship. Certification renewal is also required every 24 months to ensure Luxury Property Specialists are up to date on new technologies and current best practices.
