College Debt Still Sucks, Natty's Here to Help

So, Natty Light is not only bringing back its College Debt Relief Program in 2019 but has also pledged to give away $10,000,000 over the next 10 years to help pay down student loans.

The Return of the College Debt Relief Program
The college debt issue in America continues to grow in 2019 – there are now more than 44 million Americans who collectively have nearly $1.5 trillion in student loan debt*. Natty Light is committed to helping graduates remember college for the good times, not the burden of debt that follows.

This year, Natty is returning with more than $1,000,000 back in the pot to help 70 individuals pay down their student loans. Entering for a chance at a slice of the $1,000,000+ is simple:

• Post a video to social media from now until May 18 with your inspiration for going to college
• Include the green dollar-sign tab found on the limited-edition cans in your video
• Use the hashtags #NattyStories and #Contest

Super Bowl Spot in Cities That Need Our Help
Natural Light will bring attention to the country's incomprehensible amount of college debt by airing a 60-second Super Bowl spot in five cities with the some of the highest student loan debt in America. These markets include Columbia, SC; Jackson, MS; Little Rock, AR; Raleigh, NC; and Richmond, VA.

The local Super Bowl spot features winners of last year's College Debt Relief Program, highlighting their video submissions and inspiration for going to college.

Big Game Payouts with Cash App
SB Sunday is one of the most celebrated days of the year, but your monthly college debt payment might hold you back from throwing a party for the big game. So, Natural Light is teaming up with Cash App, the leading mobile payment app, to cover your next student loan payment.

During the fifty-third big game, Natural Light will be paying out $53,000 to 151 lucky fans via Cash App. Each fan will receive $351 (the average monthly student loan payment according to Student Loan Hero) to ensure nothing stops them from throwing that epic party and splurging on the seven-layer dip, an extra order of wings and another rack of Natty.

"Teaming up with Cash App is the ideal way to deliver instant debt relief to even more of our fans while also having a little bit of fun along the way," said Blake. "It's our way to give back even more and drum up some extra excitement for our fans on gameday."

For a chance to have your next college loan payment covered by Natty Light, anyone over the age of 21 can share their SB party plans on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook from January 22 right through to the big game for a shot at $351. Fans only need to add #NattySB, #Sweepstakes and their Cash App username (or "$Cashtag") to their post to qualify.

Natty Light will be accepting entries from Tuesday, January 22 through Sunday, February 3 and start dishing out cold hard cash to select fans on SB Sunday until the final whistle blows.
