Colliers International Acquires Case Commercial Real Estate Partners

SEATTLE, May 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading global commercial real estate services firm Colliers International today announced it has acquired one of the foremost commercial real estate firms in Texas, CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners LLC. Based in Dallas, the boutique firm, which will rebrand to Colliers International immediately, supplements Colliers' current operations in North Texas and expands the firm's commercial real estate services in key sectors such as medical office, corporate solutions, retail, self-storage, and investment sales. CASE services both occupiers and investors with 50 professionals providing leasing, property management, and sales services.

The firm also provides advisory services for development and real estate investment ventures.
