Colliers International Expands U.S. Platform in Ohio With Adena Commercial

COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Colliers International announced today that Adena Commercial, one of Central Ohio's leading commercial real estate services firms, will be joining Colliers International on May 1, 2010.

With this move to Colliers International, all new and existing Adena Commercial clients will have access to the added resources and infrastructure of the world's fastest growing commercial real estate services firm. In addition, Adena Commercial, re-branded as Colliers International, will continue to expand on a regional basis as fresh clients and real estate services professionals increasingly identify with the firm's expanded platform.

There will be no leadership or personnel changes at the firm. In addition to the suburban north Columbus headquarters office, Adena Commercial's Downtown Columbus office will be part of the move to Colliers International.

The Adena Commercial addition follows a series of similar and ongoing announcements that have vastly altered the commercial real estate services landscape.
