Colliers International Fills Two Key Leadership Positions With Top Industry Pros

- Christine Schultz to head U.S. Marketing Team and Louise Brandy joins as U.S. IT Director -

SEATTLE, April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Building on the strength of its recruitment strategy, Colliers International continues to attract the best and brightest in the industry, announcing today that it has recruited top industry talent to lead the firm's U.S. marketing and information technology efforts.

Christine Schultz has joined Colliers International as Marketing Director – USA and Louise Brandy was named IT Director – USA.  Both will be based at Colliers International's headquarters in Seattle.

In her new position, Schultz will be responsible for developing and implementing Colliers International's marketing and communication strategy in the U.S., which is a key market to the firm's continued growth and success globally.  Schultz also will be responsible for growing the company's market leading position managing and promoting all service lines within Colliers International in the U.S.  In addition, Schultz will provide leadership and support tools for local marketing coordinators to align the marketing and business strategy among offices and business units nationally.

Schultz has a strong industry background, most recently serving as the National Marketing Director for Cushman & Wakefield, where she was responsible for leading marketing and business development strategy, launching new service offerings, and promoting branding standards. Schultz also served in the U.S. Air Force during Operation Desert Shield/Storm.

She earned a masters degree in Management from Golden Gate University and a bachelor's in Environmental Science & Economics from California State University in Sacramento.

As Director of IT for Colliers International's U.S. business, Louise Brandy will be responsible for ensuring the firm's business systems and technology platform are the best in the industry. She will also lead cross-functional teams in the planning, definition and execution of large, complex business application deployment programs to support the functions of shared services teams and local offices nationwide.

Brandy has deep experience in both business applications and infrastructure operations with a special emphasis on aligning business strategy with information technology initiatives. Louise has extensive industry experience from her tenure at CB Richard Ellis. She also held roles with Beckman Coulter and PeopleSoft.

Brandy earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Fountain Valley, California.  She is president of the Southern California PeopleSoft User Group and regularly delivers presentations at professional conferences for Oracle, PeopleSoft, Microsoft and other organizations.
