CollPlant to Host LightSolver Investor Webinar on September 17, 2026

REHOVOT, Israel, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CollPlant Biotechnologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CLGN) today announced that its subsidiary LightSolver Ltd. ("LightSolver"), a pioneer of pure photonic computing with the world's first Laser Processing Unit™ (LPU™), a fundamentally new computing architecture that uses light itself to compute, will host an investor webinar on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.

During the webinar, LightSolver management will provide an introduction to the company and its technology, including its full-stack photonic computing architecture, the computational challenges and applications it is designed to address, current validation and collaboration programs, and the company's roadmap toward commercial deployment.

LightSolver became a subsidiary of CollPlant following completion of the acquisition announced on September 3, 2026. This transaction marks a pivotal strategic expansion for CollPlant, diversifying its portfolio into the deep-tech frontier of advanced photonic computing.
