After logging on at www.BenefitsLearningCenter.com, employees are invited to enter Youville(SM), their own benefits world named in their honor. The tool then asks a short series of questions about their age, marital status and family history, using the answers to create recommendations for types of insurance coverage to consider. Employees can print a summary of the recommendations, adjusting them and adding notes if needed, and bring the document to their workplace benefits enrollment session.
