Community & Southern Bank Hires Two Senior Commercial Banking Officers

ATLANTA, Aug. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Patrick M. Frawley, president and chief executive officer of Community & Southern Bank, announced that Herm Manderson and Jason Brown have joined the commercial banking team for the Bank.

Herm Manderson has been named Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager, serving North Atlanta. He has held senior and executive level positions within the financial industry for more than 30 years in organizations that include C&S Bank, Bank of America, Regions Bank and, most recently, Fifth Third Bank.

Jason Brown has been named Senior Relationship Manager for the Bank's real estate group. He has over 17 years experience in the banking industry and has held senior positions serving Atlanta's real estate community at Silverton Bank, Wells Fargo, Colonial Bank, and First Union National Bank (Wachovia) and most recently, as a senior lender at Atlanta Business Bank.
