Community First Health Plans Selects Jiva™ from ZeOmega® to Support Significant Business Growth
Client Will Leverage Extensible Platform Jiva 6.1 to Serve Members in STAR Kids Managed Medicare Program
PLANO, Texas, Feb. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ZeOmega® today announced that Community First Health Plans (CFHP), a nonprofit health plan in Bexar County, TX, has selected ZeOmega's Jiva 6.1, the end-to-end population health management solution. CFHP will deploy Jiva 6.1 to manage the complex needs of a new Managed Medicaid population and to expand other existing lines of business.
CFHP currently administers care for almost 160,000 members through its Medicaid, CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program), and commercial health benefit plans. It recently added 8,000 new members by extending these services and implementing a new Texas STAR Kids Managed Medicare program. Jiva's care management capabilities will support this expansion and accelerate CFHP's initiatives. CFHP will deploy the platform to seamlessly integrate external data systems, streamline workflows, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure compliance with state reporting requirements.
