Community Leaders Join Aimco to Celebrate Grand Opening of Indigo Apartment Homes in Redwood City

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Feb. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") (NYSE: AIV), City Councilmember Janet Borgens and members of the Redwood City, San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce celebrated the February 23 grand opening of Indigo Apartment Homes in Redwood City. Aimco, the owner and manager Indigo, acquired the community for $320 million and partnered with developer PAULS Corporation.

Redwood City, San Mateo Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Amy Buckmaster, PAULS Corporation President Paul Powers, Redwood City Councilmember Janet Borgens, Redwood City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz, and Assistant Redwood City Manager Aaron Aknin join Aimco's Chief Investment Officer John Bezzant, Chief Administrative Officer Miles Cortez and Aimco team members at the grand opening of Indigo Apartment Homes in Redwood City.
