ComplianceBridge Announces TotalCompliance Release 3.4

Release 3.4 includes a new fill-in form capability and advisory workflow enhancement, plus a new responsive interface and other updates. Forms Management

TotalCompliance can now manage fill-in forms dynamically. This improves distribution and logging of Checklists, Surveys, Request Forms, Safety Analysis, Employee Review or any form an organization might manage. Form Managers can easily create forms with a variety of answer types including Yes/No, multiple choice and fill-in. Users complete the form and submit the data.

Forms may be completed once or multiple times based on the document owner selected settings. All results are viewable on a per-form basis, with an easy-to-access drill down by the Form Manager or other authorized personnel. Reports can also show results by Group, Individual, or specific answers.  This new capability will significantly improve users' ability to distribute and collect data in a forms driven environment while lowering the cost to do so.

Advisory Re-staging

TotalCompliance Advisory workflows can now be saved and re-used with just one click. When a document or set of documents is sent through a certain review and approval workflow, all future versions of that document can go through the same workflow.  This new capability is designed to address one of the bottlenecks in the policy review cycle and is expected to shorten the review-approve-release process while improving the quality of the work product.

Responsive Interface

TotalCompliance can now expand to meet workstation dimensions. Certain tabs and borders were removed, giving TotalCompliance a cleaner look and feel.  The new, sleeker look is expected to enhance the user experience and improve usability of the product.
