CompTIA Reveals Keynote Speaker for 2015 Annual Member Meeting

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., Jan. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Strategies for building customer loyalty and generating repeat business will be the focus of the opening keynote session at the 2015 CompTIA Annual Member Meeting, the information (IT) industry association announced today.

Best-selling author, marketing guru and social media influencer Scott Stratten will stress content, connection and engagement when he speaks on "UnSelling - The New Customer Experience." His keynote speech at CompTIA's Annual Member Meeting is set for March 25.

Registration is open for the meeting, scheduled for March 24-26, 2015 at the Sawgrass Marriott in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.

Stratten, president of UnMarketing Inc., will offer his take on how any business can become a "go-to" company, replacing one-time buyers with loyal, repeat customers that refer others to you.
