Conduent Named a Leader in the 2017 NelsonHall NEAT Vendor Evaluation for Learning Business Process Services

Since the beginning of the year, Conduent has earned 15 'Leader' positions for various industries from the leading global IT and business services analyst firm.
The recognition comes from the 2017 NelsonHall Evaluation and Assessment Tool (NEAT) report for Learning BPS that assesses providers against their ability to deliver immediate benefits and meet future requirements for clients. According to the report, the current learning business process services market is heavily leveraging an integrated training model, with an outlook to begin utilizing performance objective training models.
