Confirmit and LivingLens put video center stage with new partnership

NEW YORK and LONDON and OSLO, Norway, Nov. 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Confirmit has partnered with LivingLens, a pioneer in video intelligence software, to offer video capture and analysis within Confirmit Horizons for Market Research studies, Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs and Voice of the Employee (VoE) programs.

The partnership enables Confirmit customers to carry out cutting-edge video data collection and analysis, and combine results with existing feedback and research methods to deliver deeper insights. A recent study has found that an average of at least four times as much data is captured using video feedback compared to open ended text responses¹, illustrating the value that video can bring. It has never been so vital for organizations to get closer to their customers or employees, and video offers real opportunities for capturing more engaging and timely feedback.
