New nationwide promotion gives consumers the ability to choose the certificate term that best fits their financial goals, while earning the same competitive rate.

WASHINGTON, Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Congressional Federal Credit Union today announced a new promotional savings certificate offering 4.40% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) across certificate terms ranging from 12 to 60 months, giving people the flexibility to choose the certificate term that best aligns with their financial goals without sacrificing earnings.

Unlike many promotional certificate offerings that emphasize a single term, Congressional designed this offer to provide savers with consistent value across multiple terms, allowing greater flexibility in planning for future financial goals.

The promotion also extends to Congressional's Jumbo Share Certificates, with balances of $100,000 or more eligible to earn 4.40% APY on 12, 24, and 36-month terms during the promotional period.
