Connors Group Deepens Retail Expertise to Help Clients Improve Store Performance

Bowden specializes in helping retailers turn strategy into operational results. Drawing on decades of leadership across specialty retail and some of the world's most recognized brands, he combines executive-level perspective with a practical understanding of the day-to-day realities facing store leaders, associates, and customers. Bowden previously served as Vice President of Retail Services at Connors Group from 2012 to 2015 before spending more than a decade at PVH, where he led store operations for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger and later held broader leadership responsibilities across operations, communications, technology, customer experience, workforce management, learning and development, and testing initiatives. His earlier experience also includes retail operations leadership with Ralph Lauren.

At Connors Group, Bowden will partner with retailers to bridge strategy and execution, helping organizations improve operational and workforce performance, elevate customer and associate experiences, make technology work more effectively within the store environment, and deliver sustainable results through practical, results-driven solutions.
