Constellium Announces Exercise of Over-Allotment Option

AMSTERDAM, June 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Constellium N.V. (NYSE and NYSE Euronext:CSTM) today announced that the underwriters of its recently announced public offering have exercised their over-allotment option to purchase an additional 2,251,306 Class A Ordinary shares at a public offering price of $15.00 per share less the underwriting discount. The exercise of the over-allotment option brings the total number of Class A Ordinary Shares sold in this offering to 24,473,528.
