Jake is a highly seasoned Six Sigma certified executive bringing a wealth of knowledge, breadth, and depth of skills to this pivotal position, most recently as VP of Operations for a telecommunications equipment manufacturer serving the voice and data market, including Voice over Packet technology, and as VP of Engineering and Operations for a defense industry manufacturer of electronic components and systems.

Jake has extensive experience leading and enhancing organizations to improve their effectiveness and client satisfaction, e.g., providing strategic direction and management of technology teams to implement and integrate Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP") systems seamlessly in three companies.  Additional experiences at several major consulting firms honed his process re-engineering, quality emphasis, and client sensitivity skills.

His achievements include multiple instances of successful transformation and reengineering of client-dependent operations while significantly enhancing client satisfaction.
