Coriant Showcases Real World Transport SDN at Global OIF, ONF Event

Participating in multiple carrier labs as part of the Optical Internetworking Forum's (OIF) and the Open Networking Foundation's (ONF) 2014 Worldwide Transport SDN Interoperability Demonstration, Coriant, together with industry peers, successfully demonstrated a wide range of bandwidth-on-demand test configurations including dynamically switched Ethernet Private Line (EPL) and the new interfaces for transport connectivity services being developed at the OIF and ONF. The Coriant Dynamic Optical Cloud™ SDN solution enables programmability in the network by combining dynamic multi-layer transport with dynamic SDN control to enable service providers to transform their network and service-delivery model.
