ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Sept. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, local franchise owner Maria Eugenia Handal Canahuati expands the Johnny Rockets international footprint by opening the brand's first restaurant in Costa Rica at Lincoln Plaza, an upscale shopping, dining and entertainment hub located on the northeastern side of the city's capital, San Jose.
