Covenant Security Services Announces the Addition of Three Operations Executives in Pennsylvania and Texas

PHILADELPHIA, July 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Covenant Security Services (CSS), one of the nation's largest American-owned security officer service providers, is pleased to announce the hiring of three new operations specialists to support the company's rapid expansion throughout the country.

Larry Smith, a former Deputy Chief of the Polk County Police Department in Texas, will serve as an Operations Specialist in Covenant's Houston regional office. Smith's considerable experience within the security industry includes owning and operating a successful security firm and serving as the Director of Operations for other large security providers.

Ben Goehring, promoted internally from Covenant's operations team in Indiana, will now have managerial oversight of the company's day-to-day operations in Southeast Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and Ohio. Goehring's previous experience with Covenant includes the development of new training programs, emergency procedures and post orders, and active shooter training, among other supervisory functions.

Brian Christy joins Covenant after 15 years of business management experience with an emphasis on employee development, training, and client relations. Brian's responsibilities include assisting with Covenant's day-to-day operational activities throughout the Northeast region and other areas as directed.
