Mike Bannon - Senior Vice President, Investments
Mike Bannon has been promoted to Senior Vice President and is based out of the Denver office. Since joining Crescent in 2018 as Vice President, Bannon has been pivotal in asset management for the firm's office portfolio. He has also been a significant contributor to several acquisitions, dispositions and developments. He notably led the asset management of Crescent's highly successful Colorado Springs portfolio and currently oversees investments in Boulder, Denver, and Cherry Creek. Mike's deep knowledge base and work ethic make him an invaluable member of the team. He holds a bachelor's degree from Skidmore College and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Kirsten Snyder - Senior Vice President, Investments
Kirsten Snyder has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Joining Crescent in June 2024 as Vice President, Hospitality, Snyder quickly established herself as a vital part of the team with her extensive knowledge and experience. She will continue to provide strategic direction to enhance investments and hospitality operations. She earned her bachelor's degree from Cornell University.

Norman Brem - Vice President, Treasury
Norm Brem has been promoted to Vice President. Brem joined Crescent in July 2022 as Director of Treasury and has been instrumental in managing cash projection models, debt covenants, and improving banking platforms. His contributions have elevated Crescent's cash management and transaction controls. Brem's high level leadership qualities, willingness and desire to learn, and cultivation of strong working relationships with all team members has been evident. He holds a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Texas A&M University.

Michael Gober - Vice President, Information Technology
Michael Gober has been promoted to Vice President. Gober has been with Crescent since 2001, serving in various capacities in the IT department during that tenure, most recently as Director. He excelled in the Director role overseeing seamless IT integration during the pandemic, having heavy involvement in the planning and execution of several office buildouts/moves, implementing many technical efficiencies and improvements, and providing team leadership to the IT group. Michael leads the IT team with the expertise needed to help Crescent continue to advance in our technology strategy and strengthen our cybersecurity posture. His ability to build collaborative relationships with all departments across Crescent has ensured that the alignment of IT initiatives will continue to help Crescent to leverage technology to drive efficiency and growth. He holds a bachelor's degree from Columbia College of Missouri.

Travis Rieff - Vice President, Development
Travis Rieff has been promoted to Vice President. Since joining Crescent in August 2021 as Senior Construction Manager, Rieff has demonstrated exceptional project management skills. He played a major role in the successful development and delivery of The Crescent Fort Worth project. Rieff's skillset will be crucial in overseeing Crescent's current and future development projects. He holds a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University.
