Crescent Communities Opens Crescent Crosstown in Tampa

CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- When Crescent Communities began developing its 344-unit multifamily community in Brandon, Fla. a year ago, the Charlotte, N.C.-based development company pinpointed 150-year-old massive live oaks adorning the property as a critical design element. As the community opens this month, these legacy oaks continue as a defining element for the $37 million retreat-style community just minutes from the bustle of downtown Tampa.
