Cresta Closes a New Investment Vehicle to Support the Growth of Sentinel Midstream's Enercoast Platform

DALLAS, Sept. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Cresta Fund Management LLC (Cresta), a Dallas-based private equity firm that invests in energy infrastructure, today announced the completion of a new investment vehicle for Sentinel Midstream (Sentinel), a liquids pipeline platform across the Gulf Coast. The new vehicle, managed by Cresta and backed by investor Endurance Investment Partners (Endurance), will provide liquidity to existing investors while enabling Cresta to remain a long-term partner in Sentinel's growth strategy.

Through its Enercoast Midstream subsidiary (Enercoast), Sentinel owns and operates critical last-mile infrastructure that connects major Gulf Coast terminals to world-class refineries and export facilities. Since Cresta's initial investment in Enercoast in 2021, Enercoast has acquired controlling interests in two joint ventures in Texas and Louisiana and has built a reputation for safe, efficient operations and strategic growth.
