The service allows any 911 caller with a smart phone to instantly stream live video or photographs to a communications center, without the need for any application installed on the caller's device. The two companies will work closely together to deploy the 911eye solution to emergency service providers, security organizations and critical infrastructure entities across the United States.

Without the need to download any application to the user's mobile device, this technology allows the public to "live stream" video and/or still photos to dispatchers and call-takers when they call 911 to report an emergency. In addition to providing live video, the system provides the call-taker with the caller's GPS coordinates, something that is currently not available to dispatcher personnel. By providing immediate on-scene video footage, 911eye helps to ensure that the most appropriate resources are dispatched to the scene and that critical video footage of the incident is captured.
