Crossroads Systems Provides Additional Information on Special Dividend
DALLAS, July 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Crossroads Systems, Inc. (OTCQX: CRSS) ("Crossroads" or the "Company"), a holding company focused on investing in businesses that promote economic vitality and community development, today provided additional information with respect to its special cash dividend announced on July 8, 2021. The special dividend of $40 per share will be paid on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on July 26, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 19, 2021. The total amount of the special dividend payment will be approximately $238.9 million, based on the current number of shares outstanding. The ex-dividend date is July 27, 2021.
