Cruise Planners Travel Franchise Launches Annual 2025 "CP World" Convention, Showcasing Marketing, Training & AI Enhancements

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Oct. 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Cruise Planners the nation's largest home-based travel franchise, is turning up the volume at its 2025 annual convention, CP World: Rock On. This year's theme honors travel advisors as industry rock stars while highlighting Cruise Planners' core pillars—Marketing, Technology, Training, Support, and Community—that fuel franchise success and innovation.

Cruise Planners  kicked off its annual travel franchise convention with a record-setting turnout of more than 1,200 franchise owners, travel advisors, and supplier partners, which represent 160 travel companies. The six-day event commenced in Fort Lauderdale and continued with a four-night sailing aboard Royal Caribbean's Wonder of the Seas, featuring a stop at Perfect Day at CocoCay and Nassau.

During this year's convention, Cruise Planners will host a variety of engaging panels and exciting events throughout the week. Highlights include the highly anticipated Cruise Line Executive Panel featuring senior sales executives from eight major cruise lines, Top Advisor panels, social media presentations, networking opportunities, educational breakout sessions, a travel trade show, and so much more.

During the opening session with their executives, Cruise Planners unveiled a chart-topping list of new initiatives aimed at empowering advisors with time saving efficiencies and enhancing their ability to deliver exceptional, industry-leading service to clients but most importantly, laid out the roadmap for the future of their AI technology.

Some of the announcements include:

• AI CONFIRMATION IMPORT TOOL: An AI import tool is being launched to allow advisors to easily import confirmation emails directly into CP Maxx, automatically generate reservations and process pricing and commission data—reducing manual entry and improving efficiency.
•  AI CRUISE SEARCH: Using AI, advisors will be able to use natural language to simply type or dictate information for a cruise search instead of using a form with filters. This new search capability will provide the capability to narrow down cruise search results much faster and easier than ever before.
• TRIP SUMMARY 3.0: The Trip Summary proprietary tool has been completely rebuilt with a sleek, user-friendly interface. Key features include drag-and-drop functionality, an expanded range of travel component options such as cruise tours, flights, and rail, and the ability to bundle multiple itineraries into proposals for side-by-side comparison.
• TIMELESS ROMANCE – A NEW TRAVEL BROCHURE FOR COUPLES: Cruise Planners is launching a romance travel brochure for honeymoons, anniversaries, weddings, and getaways—positioning advisors as experts in romance and honeymoon travel planning.
• NEW CORPORATE WEBSITES: Cruise Planners will be launching a newly designed corporate travel franchise website that will generate more leads directly to Cruise Planners advisors from prospects looking in their local area or searching for their advisor.
• NEW ADVISOR WEBSITES: Cruise Planners advisors will soon benefit from redesigned advisor websites that align with the new look and feel of the corporate site, while still offering customization options for the advisors. These sites feature travel-inspired animations, streamlined navigation, and easy access to special offers, travel content, and vacation search tools, helping advisors showcase their expertise to current and prospective clients.
• MAXX MEDIA: Maxx Media is a new hub in the CP Maxx proprietary CRM system that stores an advisor's images and videos all in one central location making it easier to upload assets throughout several different tools within CP Maxx.
• CLIENT TOOL ENHANCEMENTS: Several new enhancements related to streamlining the process in accessing clients and marketing to clients were added to CP Maxx such as the ability to pin important clients or favoriting their best clients.
• CP GENIE LEARNING: A full suite of training programs and tools, making it easier than ever for advisors to sharpen their skills, expand their expertise, and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving travel landscape. And coming soon, advisors will gain access to two new specialist programs:
