Partnership with ViaSafely brings payroll-deducted travel protection to employees through bswift, participating benefits brokers and marketplace offerings

EATONTOWN, N.J., Nov. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Crum & Forster's (C&F) Accident & Health (A&H) Division today announced a new partnership with ViaSafely, a tech-forward Insurance program administrator, to introduce annual travel protection as a voluntary employee benefit, marking C&F's entry into the employee benefits space through an innovative, technology-enabled distribution model. First available through bswift's® benefits administration platform for employers who choose to offer and distributed through participating employee benefits brokers, the offering allows employees to elect annual travel protection for themselves and their families through a simple, fixed-cost payroll-deduction model and through marketplace offerings that can remain available outside the traditional annual open enrollment window.

This new model brings annual travel protection into the open enrollment experience, offering a cost-effective alternative to the traditional trip-by-trip purchase process that has historically defined the category. For employers, the offering adds a voluntary benefit without requiring an employer-paid contribution. For brokers, it creates a differentiated solution that can help address employees' broader financial and lifestyle needs.
