MORRISTOWN, N.J., Sept. 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Crum & Forster's (C&F) Surplus & Specialty (S&S) Division has been recognized as a winner of the 2025 Datos Insights Insurance Technology Impact Award in the Core category for the Division's Surplus & Specialty Underwriting Platform, S&S UP, a modern, internally built solution that has transformed the organization's underwriting processes.

Datos Insights' annual Impact Awards program recognizes and honors innovation achieved by financial institutions leveraging technology to surpass industry standards. Since implementation in early 2024, S&S UP has streamlined workflows, automated manual processes, and integrated an in-house generative AI and Optical Character Recognition solution.
