Crystal3 Labs Acquired by Individual Investor, Vithalbhai Dhaduk, M.D.

BOCA RATON, Fla. and FARGO, N.D., Dec. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Crystal3 Labs, Inc., a cGMP contract research organization (CRO) based in Boca Raton, FL, announced today that it has been acquired by an individual investor, Vithalbhai Dhaduk, M.D., of Fargo, ND. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The company also announced an immediate name change to Global Pharma Analytics.

Founded in 2007, Global Pharma Analytics provides pharmaceutical research services and analytical testing of drugs and medical devices for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The company employs 6 people in Florida.
