WASHINGTON, July 24, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- In response to the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) release of its Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) for Advanced Wireless Services (AWS), CTIA-The Wireless Association® Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Scott Bergmann said:

"It's encouraging the FCC is moving forward with its Advanced Wireless Services NPRM.
