To mark the milestone, Curology is introducing a limited-edition design for Custom FormulaRx, its flagship personalized prescription treatment.
The iridescent teal and periwinkle bottle draws inspiration from Curology's original 2015 packaging, creating a modern interpretation of the design that helped introduce millions of people to personalized, provider-led skincare.
Curology shipped its first Custom FormulaRx bottle on September 30, 2015. Since then, the company has shipped more than 28 million bottles and expanded access to licensed dermatology providers across all 50 states.

Custom FormulaRx combines multiple clinically proven active ingredients in a single formula personalized for each patient. Following an online consultation, a licensed dermatology provider may select up to three active ingredients, such as tretinoin, niacinamide, azelaic acid, and clindamycin, based on the patient's skin, concerns, and goals.
Patients receive ongoing care through Curology's online platform, where they can ask questions, share changes in their skin, and request adjustments to their formula. In a 12-week clinical trial, 95% of participating Curology patients reported improvement in their acne.*
