Cydcor Earns Best Places To Work Honor For Eighth Year

AGOURA HILLS, Calif., Sept. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cydcor, the recognized leader in outsourced face-to-face sales, has again been named to the Best Places to Work list compiled by the Los Angeles Business Journal. This is the eighth consecutive year Cydcor has earned the distinguished honor.

Cydcor has again been named to the Best Places to Work list compiled by the Los Angeles Business Journal. Cydcor employees in their Agoura Hills, Calif. headquarters, celebrated Cydcor's inclusion on the distinguished list for the eighth consecutive time.

More than 600 companies applied for entry into the Best Places to Work program and the top 100 were selected by the Los Angeles Business Journal. This year, Cydcor ranked 31st for medium-sized companies. Rankings were announced August 19 in Los Angeles at the annual Best Places to Work luncheon.

Companies throughout Los Angeles County entered the two-part Best Places to Work survey process. The initial evaluations reviewed each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics and was worth about a quarter of the total. The second part was an employee survey to measure the employee experience and was worth approximately 75 percent of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.
