Danya International Announces Two Additions to Senior Management Team

SILVER SPRING, Md., Aug. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Danya International, Inc. (Danya), a communications, research, and technology firm, recently promoted Brett Wallace and Aaron Sundsmo to Vice President for Strategic Corporate Development and Operations and Vice President of Africa Programs, respectively.

Mr. Sundsmo brings 13 years of international development management experience and over 6 years of in-country international work in Africa and Asia. Prior to joining Danya, he served as Director of Programs for First Voice International's US-based headquarters. There, he was responsible for ensuring program implementation and effectiveness for the organization's program activity in Africa, Asia, and the Pacific Islands. He then established a Kenyan nonprofit organization, First Voice Africa, serving as African Regional Director, to implement First Voice International's portfolio of development programs in 21 African countries. In that capacity, he led resource mobilization, project design, and recruited and trained a local team to manage all project commitments.

As Vice President for Strategic Corporate Development and Operations, Mr. Wallace will serve a strategic and prominent role in providing direction and alignment between Danya's business development, operations, and financing and accounting units, as well as strengthen the company's growth and performance capabilities. Mr. Wallace exhibits a passion for excellence and dedication to success within the healthcare and human capital consulting, operations, outsourcing, and information technology application arenas. Prior to coming to Danya, Mr. Wallace served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operations Officer for Monster Government Solutions, where he provided careful and thoughtful strategic and analytical planning, including a long-term vision, a go-to-market strategy, and a well-defined tactical operational plan. Mr. Wallace also served as Vice President and Director of Strategic and Business Planning at ACS Federal Healthcare (FHC), where he played a major role in strategically positioning ACS/FHC as a leading-edge player within federal, state, and local agencies, as well as the emerging commercial marketplace.
