Jakobsen's extensive experience across enterprise software sales and operations will significantly contribute to the company's hyper-growth global expansion. His role at CA Technologies as vice president of on-demand solution sales established the business unit growth to $120 million in five years. Responsible for driving sales, business development and customer success, Jakobsen also implemented a customer success team that drove over 90 percent renewal rates for the 2012 fiscal year.
