DataRobot Expands into Federal Market, Hires Vice President of Public Sector

BOSTON, Jan. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- DataRobot, an industry leader in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI), today announced it is expanding into the federal market, beginning with the appointment of a Vice President of Public Sector. Erin Hawley, formerly the Director of National Security Programs at Cloudera, will be leading the company's efforts to build a team and ecosystem of partners that will position DataRobot and its product, training, and services as the premier force in predictive analytics across the public sector market.

The DataRobot platform gives analysts, data scientists and all who work with data the automation and interface to implement accurate predictive models at scale. When utilized for federal deployments, the platform will predict anything from insider threat risks to health care trends. The federal government has placed expedited automation at the forefront since the November's Senate hearing "The Dawn of Artificial Intelligence."
