David Berdan joins the growing family at Gaming Arts, LLC as General Counsel

Over the past 13 years, Dave held the Chief Intellectual Property ("IP") Executive role for multiple public and private corporations having revenues ranging from $1 billion to over $100 billion annually.  He is a registered patent attorney and has expertise in all aspects of IP, both domestically and internationally.  Dave is an experienced and proven leader with broad experience in numerous industries and technologies.  In his roles, Dave managed IP asset portfolios ranging in size of more than 5,000 patent assets and 7,500 trademark assets.  In all of his roles, his primary focuses have been IP asset management and cost effectively maximizing revenue generation from those assets. Most recently, Mr. Berdan served as the Vice President Legal & Deputy General Counsel for IGT, where he held a seat on the Boards of numerous IGT subsidiaries.  In addition to managing a large global legal department, he was responsible for managing IGT's patent and licensing teams and growing IGT's patent licensing revenues.
