David Lloyd Named "Builder Superstar" by Professional Builder Magazine

KETCHUM, Idaho, April 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- David Lloyd, President of Lloyd Construction in Ketchum, Idaho, was named to Professional Builder magazine's annual list of 40 Under 40 list of builder superstars. A panel of Professional Builder editors selected the winners based on personal and professional accomplishments.

"These young leaders are as dedicated to serving their communities as they are to growing their businesses," said Professional Builder magazine's editorial director Denise Dersin. "They have remarkable achievements in their personal lives as well."

Lloyd, who graduated from the University of Nevada with a degree in Geography/Land Use Planning, joined the family construction business in 2000. He is a registered Master Builder, certified Green Builder, and recently received his certification from the Construction Manager Certification Institute. In 2012, he was named a Top 40 Under 40 by Professional Remodeler magazine, and In 2011, was named as the Builder of the Year by the Building Contractors Association of the Wood River Valley. Lloyd served as president of that organization from 2009-2012, and on the City of Hailey Planning and Zoning Commission from 2008-2010.

In his spare time, Lloyd is an avid rock climber, runner and cyclist who lives in Ketchum with his wife and two sons.
