Daydream App Brings Conversational Support and Visual Shopping Experiences to iPhone users with New iOS 27 Capabilities

Daydream users can now explore the app's extensive fashion catalog using Siri AI, a profoundly more capable and conversational assistant

NEW YORK, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Daydream, the AI-powered fashion discovery platform, launched conversational search and a shoppable camera roll that utilize the newest capabilities in iOS 27. Both are powered by the next generation of Apple Intelligence and accessible when using the entirely new Siri AI.

iPhone users can now shop Daydream using voice or text with Siri AI, interacting just as they would with a personal shopper, without opening the app first. Once you have the Daydream app installed, a request such as "Siri, search Daydream for a cool blazer for my board meeting on Monday," passes directly to Daydream's natural language shopping engine.

With Fashion ID, users can instantly shop any saved photo, whether it's a street-style shot, an outfit from Instagram, or a screenshot from a friend. The app automatically surfaces shoppable matches and similar styles for each item. This streamlines the "shop the look" journey from inspiration to instant, relevant results across Daydream's full catalog of 3 million products, tapping into the new image-context capabilities of Apple Foundation Models in iOS 27.

Both features require the Daydream app and an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, running iOS 27 with Siri AI enabled. Daydream is free to download and supports Visual Intelligence capabilities, allowing users to shop products directly from their photos and screenshots. iOS 27 makes this functionality easier to access in the Camera app, and is now also available on iPad.
