DDB Capital evaluates opportunities to acquire or secure control of residential land and lead planning, rezoning and entitlement efforts around a builder's housing product, lot specifications and anticipated schedule. Each opportunity is evaluated for acquisition terms, infrastructure feasibility and development economics.
