NEW YORK, April 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- As a major expansion of its financial restructuring, turnaround management and bankruptcy reorganization capabilities, Deloitte today announced it has reached an agreement to purchase substantially all of the assets of CRG Partners, a leading turnaround and restructuring firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The closing is anticipated shortly once certain closing conditions are met.

CRG Partners is also credited with successfully managing Major League Baseball's Texas Rangers through its bankruptcy and sale.
