Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC Advises Advanced Pharma on its Sale to Avella Specialty Pharmacy

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC acted as exclusive financial advisor to Houston-based Advanced Pharma, Inc. (Advanced Pharma) on its sale to Avella Specialty Pharmacy (Avella). Advanced Pharma is an FDA-registered 503B Outsourcing Facility providing compounded products to hospitals, health systems and ambulatory surgery centers nationwide. The transaction closed Dec. 1, 2016.

Advanced Pharma maintains a state-of-the-art, 35,000-square-foot production facility with rigorous quality controls.
