("Rent A Toll" or the "Company") in its sale of substantially all its assets to American Traffic Solutions, Inc. ("ATS").  Rent A Toll is a Carrollton, TX-based toll technology solutions provider specializing in providing convenient electronic toll solutions that reduce toll violation exposure, and costly toll fines.
