DALLAS, March 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC ("DCF") acted as the financial advisor to Texas-based TDC Holdco, LLC – doing business as The Delta Companies ("TDC"), a leading healthcare staffing organization, in its sale to Mitsui & Co., Ltd. ("Mitsui") (TSE: 8031), a Japanese-based corporate conglomerate.  The acquisition closed in February 2014.
