Denison Consulting Appoints Dr. Lindsey Kotrba as President

ANN ARBOR, Mich., July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Denison Consulting, a leading provider of culture change and leadership development solutions, announced today that Dr. Lindsey Kotrba has been appointed President.  Kotrba, former director of research and development at Denison, will focus on the continual growth and development of Denison Consulting as the global leader in providing high performance culture and leadership solutions to organizations and consultants.

Kotrba joined the Denison organization in 2006 as the Director of Research and Development. She has been an active researcher on the topics of organizational culture, leadership and effectiveness.  Kotrba's work has been published extensively including The Journal of Business and Psychology, The Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Relations, and Advances in Global Leadership. She is also a regular presenter at conferences such as The Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, the Academy of Management and the American Psychological Association. Kotrba received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University. Additionally, Kotrba was recently elected to President Elect of the Michigan Association for Industrial Organizational Psychology (MAIOP).
