Dental Care Alliance CFO Named to the Women in DSO® Board of Directors

SARASOTA, Fla., March 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Dental Care Alliance (DCA) is proud to announce that Victoria Garcia, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has been named to the Board of Directors for Women in DSO^®.

Women in DSO^® was created to empower women in the dental support organization (DSO) space and grow future women leaders in the industry. As one of the largest and most established DSOs in the industry, DCA is a Founding Member of Women in DSO^®, and has actively supported the development of this important and growing organization since its inception in 2019.

DCA welcomed Victoria Garcia as its CFO in June 2023; and since that time, she has been instrumental in delivering on the company's mission, vision, and values. Garcia is focused on evolving the industry by taking a modern, technology-driven approach to dentistry without departing from its sole purpose of caring for patients.

Before joining DCA, Garcia served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting for North American Partners in Anesthesia, a private-equity-owned, leading single-specialty anesthesia and perioperative management company in the United States, serving nearly three million patients annually in more than 500 healthcare facilities.
