Before ThyssenKrupp, Deric held several key positions with JP Morgan Chase's banking, capital markets and public funds divisions in Detroit.
Deric graduated with honors from the University of Michigan and obtained his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with concentrations in Finance and Statistics.
