Using the Device42-Cherwell integration, organizations can populate and maintain their Cherwell Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with up-to-date information about their IT infrastructure, including comprehensive application dependency mapping data from Device42.

Integration users can attach assets synced from Device42 directly to their Cherwell service requests, providing IT staff a more complete picture of each issue (remote help desks especially benefit). Users can also easily view application dependency maps generated from data synced to Cherwell, exchanging time-consuming research for an at-a-glance understanding of IT issues.

Dependency visualizations show IT technicians exactly which other machines and services are involved with a service request.
